壓制:經(jīng)過熔制、澄清后的玻璃液通過供料系統(tǒng)進入壓制環(huán)節(jié),也即將玻璃液壓制成玻璃絕緣件,一般通過全自動液壓成型機實現(xiàn)。壓制形狀依靠玻璃件模具進行控制,同時對壓制一片絕緣子所用的玻璃液用量進行控制,以保證 絕緣子 產(chǎn)品一致性。

冷熱沖擊:鋼化后的玻璃件進行冷熱沖擊試驗,采用硫化鎳特種處理爐及特殊的硫化鎳消除工藝,對玻璃件進行均質(zhì)處理,硫化鎳去除環(huán)節(jié)的好壞直接影響到玻璃絕緣子運行后的重要指標——自爆率。
膠裝:采用具備鋼腳定位輔助的裝配機將絕緣子絕緣件、鋼腳、鋼帽進行及膠裝裝配,該步驟需注意確保鋼腳、絕緣件、鋼帽三者的同軸度,同軸性不良也會導(dǎo)致過高的自爆率。

This process utilizes equipment like constant temperature treatment furnaces and tempering machines. 5. **Thermal Shock Testing**: After tempering, the glass components undergo thermal shock tests using nickel sulfide treatment furnaces and specialized processes. The quality of nickel sulfide removal directly impacts critical performance indicators like self-explosion rates. 6. **Assembly**: An assembly machine with steel leg positioning assistance completes the final assembly of insulating components, steel legs, and steel caps. Ensuring proper coaxial alignment among these components is crucial, as misalignment can lead to excessive self-explosion rates.
